Are there tours for children?

Some tours can accommodate children who are accompanied and supervised by a legal guardian. Please call/WattsApp our Tour Specialist at (1-876)-381-9070, for more information regarding tours suitable for your child.

Is there a weight limit for tours?

There is a weight restriction of 264 lbs for most tours; however, there are some tours that have no weight restriction. Please call/WattsApp, our Tour Specialist at (1-876)381-9070, for more information.

How far in advance do you need to book a tour/airport transfer?

All tours/transfers, should be booked at least 24 hours in advance

How long are the Tours?

Tour times range from two hours and thirty minutes to six hours; and depends upon transfer times, which resort/cruise port, you are staying at, and the tour chosen.

Is lunch and entrance fee included in rates?

Lunch and entrance fee is not included in our rates. However, at your request, one or both, can be included, at an additional cost.

Can I combine two tours?

Yes, we are flexible and will combine two tours on the same route

How much cash should we take and do they accept U.S. currency?

The amount of cash you take is all up to you. U.S. currency is accepted at all tour sites

Do we have to tip our Drivers? How much do you think we should give?

You normally tip your driver and recommended rate is 15%

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancelled flights or ship unable to dock or diverted due to weather, etc.     You will be fully refunded for cancellations made 5 days or more prior to your scheduled tour/transfer.    No refunds for no shows.   All our tours will operate unless there are extenuating circumstances that require cancellation for safety concerns.

Can I book a tour when I arrive in Jamaica?

Is it mandatory to make a deposit on my tour/airport transfer?

In order to secure a firm reservation, cruise passengers must make a minimum deposit of 10% at least 48 hours prior to tour date.  Clients staying on island, have option to pay in full at the time of service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For deposits, we accept PayPal and on island, cash and Visa/Master card .

Will I get back to the ship on time?

Ken’s Wheelchair Service has up to date information on all Cruise Ship arrival and departures into the Ports of Montego Bay, Falmouth and Ocho Rios.   Consequently, all our tours are scheduled around  the Ship’s arrival and departure times, plus drive time, in order to guarantee your timely return.

What type of vehicle will I be transported in?

Our vehicles are Toyota Hiace, Toyota Coasters – all fully air conditioned, inspected, certified and licensed by the Jamaica Tourist Board and all relevant Government Agencies.

If my ship is unable to dock, will I get a refund?

Yes, your deposit will be refunded in full

How do I locate my driver at the Pier/airport?

You will be sent a confirmation voucher via email with specific instructions relating to meeting place/time and other relevant information.
